Environmental
EID Solutions, LLC is committed to continually improving our environmental performance, reducing our impact on the planet, reducing energy output, and making positive contributions to the community. Our policy ensures the ecological integrity of our processes, projects, and facilities. We will do so by adhering to the following principles:
Environmental Considerations
We will implement procedures to measure our consumption and waste management. We will reuse and properly dispose of all recyclable waste materials. By utilizing IT Asset Disposition practice, we will manage certified recycling, refurbishment, and/or repair of end-of-life IT assets to prolong the life of the assets for redistribution contributing to a Circular Economy model.
We will continually seek opportunities to improve our environmental performance by establishing objectives and targets, measuring progress, and reporting our results; including but not limited to energy, water, paper, and fuel consumption and vehicle miles traveled.
We will promote participation and communicate our commitment to responsible environmental management by:
- Promoting environmental responsibility among our employees and our clients.
- Providing the necessary training and support to enable our employees to implement this policy.
- Promoting virtual working technology to reduce non-essential business travel.
- Complying with all applicable environmental regulations and client environmental compliance expectations.
- Soliciting input from our employees, suppliers, customers, and communities.
Compliance
EID Solutions strives to be recognized by our employees, clients, and communities as a transparent operating business committed to turnkey, responsible ecological practices. Accordingly, employees must:
• Operate in compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• Promptly report to management any environmental violations.
• Must consider opportunities to improve environmental programs.
Employees should direct any reports of actual or potential environmental violations, or any questions about responsibilities or Company Policies in these areas, to their supervisor, an HR representative, or a company executive.

Health & Safety
Health, safety, and employee well-being are top priorities at EID Solutions. Management is committed to establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and communities. We follow through on this commitment by providing a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness services and continuous safety training for all employees. On our project sites, we don’t just monitor safety; we plan safety into our tasks and project management alongside our customers and partners. Our site managers are all OSHA 30hr Certified. We use JHA’s and Safe Work Plans to capture and communicate precautions and mitigations on our sites.

Accountability
EID Solutions LLC is a subsidiary of Joseph Jingoli and Son Inc. a 100-year-old privately held company located in New Jersey. The team is a talented mix of senior engineers, tradesmen, seasoned project managers, military veterans, and plumbers. We take an integrated approach to holding senior management accountable and empowering employees to be responsible for the success of our corporate governance guidelines and, ultimately, for the success of our company. In addition, the board of directors will continue to oversee and ensure that its mandate is in the best interest of our employees, customers, and companies.
